This patient is in her late 50's and from the Nashville area. She came to Dr. Unger with a desire to feel overall rejuvenated in her face. She was beginning to notice laxity in her lower face and neck and only had a history of an upper blepharoplasty approximately 10 years prior. She was an excellent candidate for a full face and neck lift, and this was combined with facial fat grafting, a revision upper blepharoplasty, a lower blepharoplasty, and a temporal brow lift to raise the tail end of her brow. She is photographed here one and a half years post-op, and couldn't be more thrilled with her soft contours and natural, refreshed appearance.
