This patient is in her early 40's and from the Nashville area. She came to Dr. Unger because she desired firmer, and fuller appearing breasts. She previously had 3 breast surgeries, but still did not feel like her implants were as full as she desired. She underwent a bilateral breast revision with mastopexy and implant exchange, and combined this with fat grafting to the breasts for subtle shaping and contours. SSF 605cc and 520cc implants were placed under the muscle. She loves her volume in her breasts!
