This patient is in her early 50's and came to Dr. Unger from out-of-state. She had a desire to address her abdomen, breasts, and buttock after having children. She felt rounded in her abdomen from her muscle wall, and also wanted to replace her old saline breast implants as she desired a perkier appearance to her breasts. She was an excellent candidate for a breast revision with IMF Mastopexy and Implant Exchange, an abdominoplasty with muscle repair, liposuction to her prone flanks and back with inner thighs, and a skinny BBL. Her old saline implants were replaced with Ergonomix Full 625cc implants. She is photographed 3 months post-op, and She couldn't be more thrilled with her shape in her backside, abdomen, and breasts!
