This patient is a female in her mid-30's from the Nashville area. She came to Dr. Unger with concerns of essentially zero breast volume after breastfeeding her three children. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation, and had 345cc SRM Allergan implants placed underneath the muscle. She is loving her new breast volume and how amazing it is that even though she had no breast tissue to start with she is still able to look soft and natural with Dr. Unger's technique!
