This Nashville patient experienced five previous surgeries with recurrent capsular contracture. This was corrected at Nashville Plastic Surgery Institute with a capsulectomy and conversion to subpectoral pocket, and exchange to 410 “Gummy Bear” Implants, with ADM, and fat grafting.
