This patient came to see Dr. Unger after having a mini abdominoplasty with an outside surgeon which resulted in a poor cosmetic outcome. She has had two children and left with a low, thick scar after her primary abdominoplasty. She had a flat lower abdomen, but a full upper abdomen around her umbilicus with excess skin and fat. Dr. Unger was able to rebalance this issue and create a smooth contour to her entire abdomen with a revision of this mini-abdominoplasty. She now loves the flatness of her tummy and feels confident wearing tight blouses and bikinis.
