This patient is in her late 30's and from the Nashville area. She came to Dr. Unger with a desire to remove her breast implants as she felt they were too big for her frame and didnt match her active lifestyle. She was a perfect candidate for an explant. She did not need a breast lift as she had no ptosis and overall good skin quality. She opted to pair this with fat grafting to the breasts, and fat was taken from her abdomen and flanks, and then re-injected into her breasts for subtle shaping and contours. She is thrilled with her results and loves that her breasts now match her lifestyle!
