This 61-year-old woman came to Dr. Unger unhappy with her overall shape and asymmetry of her breasts. She desired to be fuller and wanted a more balanced shape as well. To achieve her desired look, Dr. Unger performed a breast augmentation using 275cc silicone gel implants in each breast and nipple repositioning to the left-hand side with a periareolar elevation to get her more symetric still using hidden scars. She loves her new shape and how she now fills out her clothes.
