This lovely male patient is in his late 40's and from the Nashville area. He came to Dr. Unger with complaints of upper eyelid heaviness and lower lid puffiness that was getting "worse" as he continued to age. Upon assessment he was an excellent candidate for a skin pinch lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting, fat pad removal, and a CO2 laser. With this combination, we were able to achieve a restored and youthful appearance while focusing on preserving his masculine appearance! He couldn't be more thrilled with his results!
