This patient came in for multiple procedures with Dr. Unger and desired to look less tired and more youthful. Dr. Unger noted that the patient had fullness below her eyes and deep tear troughs or lines around the lower lids. Dr. Unger removed some of the excess fat from behind the eyelids and performed fat grafting to the deep areas to improve the coutours of the lower eyelids to create that youthful and revitalized look. She had an upper blepharoplasty as well to better open the eyes and ensure a harmonious clean look to the entire periorbital area.
