This patient came to Dr. Unger to have her implants removed. She was a great candidate for removal and a periareolar breast lift with fat grafting to help create some volume after implant removal. Patient was very glad to have her 286cc implants removed after having them for many years. She loves how she has maintained a youthful look with some upper pole fullness, as without the fat grafting she would have been completely hollow. She loves her new soft look that is entirely her own tissue.
