This beautiful patient had large implants placed many years prior and now had sagging of her breast tissue and desire for more fullness and more balance of her breasts, as well as smaller and perkier nipples in a better position. Dr. Unger was able to perform a revision breast surgery with a mastopexy (lift) and new very full cohesive gel silicone implants to create the voluptuous look this patient desired. She loves that her new breasts are full but balanced and feel comfortable and looks fantastic in any dress or bathing suit!
