Immediate Breast Reconstruction - Nipple Sparring - Case #22

This 31-year-old female patient came to Dr. Unger with a history of left sided breast cancer. After the patient elected to undergo Bilateral breast removal (mastectomies), Dr. Unger was able to perform successful bilateral nipple sparing reconstruction in a Pre-Pectoral Plane. This allowed the patient to have larger, more full appearing breasts as per her request all with very limited pain and discomfort due to the ability to not disturb the natural position of the pec muscles. Dr. Unger was also able to do some liposuction that the patient desired and utilize that for fat grafting to the breast for a more elegant appearance. The patient could not be more thrilled with results.
