This patient had a breast augmentation with a "smile" mastopexy which is a Dr. Unger signature technique for those patients who need modest nipple elevation and skin tightening in the breast. It is a combination of a lower breast fold incision tightening with a periareolar mastopexy. She coupled this with an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck to complete her mommy makeover. She loves her results!
